Legislation and Safety

Our main focus is to keep motorcycle legislation in it's proper prospective, protecting
motorcyclists rights on the road, and to achieve the safest conditions for
motorcycling in South Carolina. We work to keep our legislators informed of our
members collective position on motorcycle related legislation through active
participation in the legislative process. Swamp Fox A.B.A.T.E. strongly encourages
all motorcyclist to take a rider education course, as it is our firm belief that an
educated and well trained rider is a safe rider.

Motorcycle Awareness

Educating the non-riding public about motorcycles is also an important part of making
the roads safe for all. Thus  Swamp Fox A.B.A.T.E.  works to make the general
public more aware of motorcycles, as well as the responsibility of sharing the road
with motorcycles.

Motorcycle Rights

Whether it be local, state, or federal laws, rules and regulations that affect
motorcyclists,  Swamp Fox A.B.A.T.E. strives to have the facts and is fighting for
